Missing your reward?

I completed an offer but didn't receive my reward.

If you've completed an offer but haven't received your reward within 24 hours, you can submit a ticket with proof and our support team will check it.

How do I submit a ticket?

Here's how you can submit a ticket:

1. Open Torox's Offerwall.
2. Go to "My Activity" tab.
3. Click on the "Apply for Missing Reward" button.
4. Fill in as much information as possible and include relevant screenshots. The more information we have, the better we can assist you.
5. Click on "Submit."

You can expect a response within 7 business days.

My status is pending. What does this mean?

If your reward is pending, it means that we didn’t find any valid completion on our side and we reached out to the advertiser for further investigation and we will keep you updated.

When can I apply for a missing reward?

You can apply for a missing reward only if the offer has a status of "Clicked".
Before submitting a ticket, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

1. At least 24 hours have passed since you completed the offer.
2. You completed the offer within the specified time mentioned in the offer description. The default time to complete an offer is 30 days unless stated otherwise in the offer's description.
3. You completed the offer correctly, following the eligibility criteria mentioned on the offer wall.

If you can't find the offer you're looking for, please reach out to the app/website where the offerwall is displayed.
